Privacy is part of the supanova product philosophy: private by design, connected by nature. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website at www.supanova.app, how we use it, and the rights you have. It is drafted with reference to Panama’s Law No. 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable to visitors from those regions, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
SUPANOVA, CORP., a corporation (sociedad anónima) incorporated under Law 32 of 1927 of the Republic of Panama, registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry of Panama under Folio No. 155778614, with its registered office at San Francisco, Calle 74, Midtown Building, 16th Floor, Office 1601, Panama City, Republic of Panama, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. 2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Contact and partnership forms: name, email address, organization (optional), topic and the content of your message.
- Career applications: name, email address and the information you share about yourself.
- Updates subscription: email address.
Data collected automatically
- Technical logs required to operate the site securely (IP address, user agent, timestamps), retained briefly by our hosting provider.
- Analytics data, only if you accept optional cookies. See our cookie policy.
The website does not require an account. The App is governed by its own in-product notices.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your inquiries and applications: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a relationship / legitimate interest.
- Sending product updates you subscribed to: consent, revocable at any time.
- Keeping a record of your contact details in our email platform so we can manage the conversation with you: legitimate interest, revocable at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email from us.
- Operating, securing and improving the website: legitimate interest.
- Complying with legal obligations: legal obligation.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use carefully selected service providers to run this website, including hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), bot protection on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and web fonts (Adobe Fonts, Fontshare). These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements and may be located outside the Republic of Panama. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections consistent with Law No. 81 of 2019 and, where GDPR applies, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Contact inquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate record-keeping. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. Where we keep your contact details in our email platform to manage correspondence, they are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.
6. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Panama, the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI); in the EU/UK, your local data protection authority.

7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure; we will inform you and the competent authorities of breaches where legally required.
8. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced on the website.
